Adam Cooley (Scissor Shock / Robe. / RUINHORSE) was a Columbus, IN-based musician who was known for his contributions to Noise, Glitch, Drone, and Doom genres. He sadly passed away in 2014, and was hailed as a highly prolific artist. He was featured in many magazines and blogs, and admired by Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore who made a tribute post dedicated to Adam after his death. Cooley was also an avid experimental filmmaker and created his own film scores. Adam was beloved by anyone he met, both online and in person.
